By accessing and using the services provided by DAMATIC SOLUTIONS LTD ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
DAMATIC SOLUTIONS LTD provides web development, digital advertising, design, and related technology services. The specific scope will be detailed in separate service agreements or proposals.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our Services.
You agree not to use our Services for any illegal purpose, violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or engage in fraudulent practices.
Specific projects will be governed by separate written agreements outlining scope of work, deliverables, timeline, pricing and payment terms, and project-specific conditions.
Fees will be specified in project proposals or service agreements. All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated.
Refund policies will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, deposits and payments for completed work are non-refundable.
Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables as specified in the service agreement. We retain ownership of pre-existing materials, general methodologies, and reusable components.
You retain ownership of all content you provide. By providing content, you grant us a licence to use it for delivering the Services.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the business relationship.
We warrant that Services will be performed professionally and deliverables will substantially conform to specifications. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, content you provide, or your violation of third-party rights.
Either party may terminate service agreements according to the terms specified. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, payment is due for all services rendered and applicable provisions survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus. Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, mediation if negotiations fail, and binding arbitration or Cyprus courts as a last resort.
